Do you only work on Teslas?+
Yes. Every model: 3, Y, S, X and Cybertruck. Specializing in one platform is why most jobs are diagnosed and done fast.
Are you affiliated with Tesla?+
No. Nikola Customs is an independent shop. Several of our technicians previously worked in Tesla service, which is where the platform experience comes from.
How fast is service?+
Most repair and service jobs are ready within 24 hours of drop-off. Wraps, body work and full builds get a timeline when you book.
Do you offer mobile service?+
Yes, for select jobs. Mention it when you book and we will confirm whether your job can be done at your location.
Will mods or a wrap void my warranty?+
Cosmetic work like wraps, tint and chrome delete does not touch the drivetrain. For anything electrical or suspension related, we will walk you through the warranty picture before we start.
Do you sell parts?+
Yes. We stock select Tesla accessories such as HDMI screen interfaces. Call to check what is on the shelf.
