Bookings and appointments
Appointments are held by date and time slot. If you need to reschedule, call or text as soon as possible so we can move another Tesla into your spot.
Estimates and quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and a visual inspection when the car is in the bay. Extra damage or hidden issues may change the final price. We will always confirm with you before doing work outside the original quote.
Payments
Shop parts and select services can be paid online through Stripe. Invoices for service work are due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept card, cash, and mobile payment methods.
Third-party services
Some services, such as vinyl wraps and window tint, are performed by trusted partner shops in the same building or local area. By booking these services through Nikola Customs, you agree that the partner shop may perform the work under their own standards and warranty terms. Nikola Customs acts as the referral point, not the installer.
Warranty
Service and repair work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on parts pass through from the supplier. Wrap and tint warranties are handled directly by the partner shop that performs the installation.
Liability
We carry insurance for work performed in our bay. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, factory defects, or issues caused by parts supplied by the customer. Tesla, Inc. is not affiliated with Nikola Customs.
